Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including but not limited to: 1. Pre-construction planning and coordination 2. Procurement of materials and services 3. Construction scheduling and supervision 4. Budget management and cost control 5. Quality assurance and compliance with building codes and regulations 6. Coordination with stakeholders, including local government agencies, community organizations, and volunteers. 7. Implementation of health and safety protocols 8. Post-construction evaluation and reporting 9. Work with volunteers to develop units. 10. Coordinate the schedule with volunteers to conduct team-building exercises. 11. Install bathroom vanity. 12. Install ADA-compliant shower stall. 13. Install ADA-compliant toilet. 14. Install two doors with doorknobs and frames. 15. Install CO2/Smoke alarms in each unit. 16. Install Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) unit. 17. Install Adequate lighting and electricity. 18. Coordinate with lumber companies to procure the best lumber materials for developing NCSU’s.
