Specifications include, but are not limited to: 50 EACH EXTRUDED ALUMINUM SIGN PANELS – 12 INCHES WIDE BY 30 FEET LONG 23.1.1. All sign plank material offered within this bid shall be extruded aluminum plank of butt type, conforming to the requirements of ASTM B 221. Alloy 6061-T6. 23.1.2. Aluminum molding may be of T5 or T6 temper unless otherwise requested at time of order. 23.1.3. Edge molding (if ordered or furnished) shall match the panels. 23.1.4. Planks will be furnished in 6” and 12” widths as requested at time of order. Planks shall be punched for bolt slots 12" on center and 6” from each end on both side faces. 23.1.5. Plank shall be per NH DOT Standard Plan PS-2. This treatment may be performed before trimming, punching, drilling and other operations that are performed on the planks. 23.1.7. • Plank length dimension will vary in length from 6’ to 30’ as requested at time of order.
