1. Enhance efficiency by improving the tracking of inmate movement within the facility, as well as beyond the facility premise. 2. Decrease workload of staff. 3. Streamline process of logging movement and event information on inmates. 4. Provide real-time or near real-time information related to the location of inmates. 5. Increase reliability of accounting for well-being checks, movement within the facility, meal distribution and headcount. 6. Increase reliability of accounting for movement to and from the CTC (work, treatment, doctor’s appointments etc.) 7. Improve ability to track and account for inmates offsite in the event of a partial or full evacuation of the Ada County Jail. 8. Ability to view history of an inmate’s movement, events, and checks.
