Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall design and build an 80ft x 120ft simple saver insulated post frame storage building. 2. Building design shall be in compliance with all local codes, including wind loads and snow loads. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for all required permits and inspections. 4. Building shall include the following features: a. 2 - 20ft x 18ft insulated overhead panel doors with industrial grade, powered operators with remotes and manual bypass b. 6 - 12ft x 12ft insulated overhead panel doors with industrial grade, powered operators with remotes and manual bypass c. 2 - Standard size walk through doors, one on each end of building with locking deadbolts d. Adequate gutters and downspouts e. Adequate LED lighting throughout building, motion sensitive with a switch f. 80ft x 160ft - 12” Compacted and rolled gravel floor g. 1 - 200 amp, 240V, Single - Phase electrical subpanel 5. Note: The 6 - 12ft x 12ft doors shall be aligned to create 3 drive-thru bays.
