Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall pump out existing E-85 fuel from tank by licensed hazardous waste hauler and properly dispose of hazardous waste according to city/state regulations. B. Contractor shall mobilize to site, set up safety perimeter and ensure all safety precautions are in place. C. Contractor shall lock out / tag out fuel system. D. Contractor shall pressure wash interior of E-85 tank, vacuum residuals, and dispose of hazardous waste under manifest. E. Contractor shall install float kit vent cap per industry standards, stainless steel probe, and filters. F. Contractor shall provide and install new VR nozzle that meet Carb EO NVR-1-F per CA Air Resource Board executive order. G. Contractor shall have inspector and facility manager sign off on all paperwork and ensure testing is completed with a pass result. H. Contractor shall remove the lock out / tag out from fuel system and restore system back to normal operations. I. Contractor shall clean site and leave debris free at the end of each workday. J. Contractor shall dispose of debris and trash off site at the end of each workday.
