The objective of this project is to upgrade our current door and security system to a more efficient and modern automated system that enhances access control and improves overall security measures. Scope of Work: The selected vendor will be responsible for the following: Assessment of Current System: Conduct a thorough assessment of our current front and back doors' security systems to identify areas for improvement and determine compatibility with proposed solutions. This request is for our external doors only. Design Proposal: Develop a comprehensive proposal outlining the design, specifications, and features of the new automated door and security system. The proposal should address key requirements such as access control, surveillance, alarm systems, and integration with existing infrastructure. Installation: Execute the installation of the approved system for the front and back doors in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Testing and Commissioning: Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning procedures to ensure the proper functioning and reliability of the installed system. Training: Provide training sessions for designated staff members on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the automated door and security system.
