Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware provides certain facilities for the use and benefit of the public in areas under the Administration of the State of Delaware’s Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Parks and Recreation (“DNREC”) and is seeking a qualified and competent Vendor(s) to provide Mobile Food and Beverage Services for the general public at the specified static DelawareState Park locationslisted herein, commencing onJune 1, 2024(the “Vendor(s)”). This is not a contract for full mobile food and beverage services for all Delaware State Parks (i.e., for park events or driving throughout the parks), however DNREC reserves the right to add additional static locations as required. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain sealed proposals from vendor(s) capable of satisfying DNREC’s requirements for providing, managing, and operating static (specific location) mobile food and beverage services at the specified Delaware State Park locations as stated herein.
