Specifications include, but are not limited to: Design-build entity to produce final designs for, and construct, the classroom building at the Coliseum College Preparatory Academy (“CCPA”) campus, at 3190 66th Avenue, Oakland, California 94621 (the “Project”). The Contract will be constructed on the southwest portion of the campus, as set forth in the attached Exhibit A. The scope of the Contract will be a two-story modular classroom building comprised of 14 standard classrooms and 2 laboratory classrooms (see Exhibit A). Procurement of the Project’s design-build entity will be issued by the District under a separate RFQ. As set forth herein, the design-build entity for the modular building will be responsible for the design and coordination of their final design with the Project design-build entity in order to obtain final Division of the State Architect (“DSA”) approval. No construction work shall be performed until the design-build entity receives written approval of the plans, as to the safety of design and construction, from the DSA.
