The project consists of installing two (2) New 48,000 BTU multi-zone, hyper heat pumps and ten (10) ceiling cassettes that are thermostatically and independently controllable. Scope of Work: 1. Demolition and decommissioning of some old equipment 2. Removal and disposal of existing condensers and boiler 3. Cap off hydronic lines and hydra air handler and accessible ductwork. 4. Install new Mitsubishi or equal 5-zone 48,000 BTU hyper heat pumps on the raised ground outside. 5. Install Mitsubishi or equal 12,000 BTU and 10,000 BTU ceiling cassettes 6. Install necessary condensation drains for each unit 7. Provide all necessary and associated electric work and wireless thermostats 8. Provide 12-year parts warranty, 1 year labor warranty 9. Install outdoor condenser(s) in an appropriate location, keeping in mind the aesthetics of the building.
