Cemeteries include: Old Center Cemetery [near the top of Meetinghouse Hill Road]. Work includes spring leaf and debris cleanup and removal, mowing a minimum of three times per month during the growing season (May, June, September, October) and others when needed, weed-cutting along walls and around markers, fall cleanup and leaf and debris removal. This is the only currently active cemetery. Fellows-Sanborn Cemetery [Middle Road near Leavitt’s Hill] Spring and Fall cleanup with debris removal, mowing three times per season. Haynes Cemetery [Haynes Road] Spring and Fall cleanup with debris removal, mowing three times per season. Tilton Cemetery [across from 106 Nottingham Road] Spring and Fall cleanup with debris removal, mowing three times per season. Parade Cemetery [Nottingham Road near Parade Ground] Spring and Fall cleanup with debris removal and particular attention paid to leaf removal at front step area. Stick removal during all seasons, mowing three times per season. Some additional marker stabilizing may be required. Work at Parade Cemetery includes the adjacent Academy Cemetery.
