The successful vendor will work with UA-PTC’s third-party website host (Sitefinity) and identified UA-PTC staff, including, but not limited to, College Marketing and Public Relations staff, Advancement staff, IT staff, Enrollment Management & Student Life staff, Provost, and Chancellor. The website redesign should include a strategy of the best way to structure UA-PTC’s information architecture and sitemap to focus on a strong user interface, excellent navigation, responsive design, intuitive content that can be leveraged for search engine optimization (SEO) purposes, and solid analytics. UA-PTC’s website must clearly and effectively communicate information about 1) all UA-PTC academic programs, 2) how much the programs cost, and 3) how students pay for the programs. In addition, the website should be designed to provide information on the Center for Humanities and Arts (CHARTS), institutional business processes, and institutional policies to the following: ● Prospective students ● First-time freshmen ● Transfer students ● Online students ● Upskill and reskill students ● Adult learners 25+ in age ● Current students ● UA-PTC internal audiences (faculty and staff) ● Parents ● High School counselors and college advisers ● Employers ● Community (Intense saturation in Pulaski County and surrounding six counties, but also the entire state; online programs may have national scope)
