This project includes all work necessary to remove and replace certain floors at the Gonic Elementary School, 10 Railroad Ave. Rochester, NH. Areas of work are shown in the attached 1st floor and 2nd floor images. Scope of work is defined as area 1 shown in yellow highlight and area 2 shown in blue crosshatch described as follows: Area 1 (shown in yellow highlight) includes the removal of all existing flooring, carpet tiles and VCT, to be replaced with Kinetex carpet tile, colors TBD. Total area approximately 5400 Sq. Ft. (with 3400 Sq. Ft. on the 1st Fl. and 2000 Sq. Ft. on the 2nd Fl.) Area 2 (shown in blue crosshatch) includes the removal of all existing flooring, carpet tiles and VCT, to be replaced with Armstrong Excelon VCT to match existing 5 color pattern on the 3rd floor. Total area approximately 2275 Sq. Ft. on the 2nd floor.
