CONTRACTOR is to supply a minimum of 6 to 8 (6 is required) licensed athletic trainers for the STATE Athletics teams on-campus and off-campus practices, games and event coverage. Pre-arranged games will be scheduled with as much notice as reasonable possible by STATE. CONTRACTOR is responsible for management of water, towels, supplies coverage, rehabilitation for all STATE practices, games or events. CONTRACTOR will oversee athletic training room. Must always keep the athletic training room and equipment in presentable manner. The equipment returned to designate locations for storage. Athletic training room must be accessible for all games, practices and work outs. CONTRACTOR will staff summer training room hours Monday – Thursdays, 4 scheduled hours per day, to meet treatment and rehabilitation needs of Minot State University Athletics. Summer athletic camp coverage will be covered by the Dome Training Room ATC unless otherwise requested by Minot State University Athletics. MSU Team Football Camp and Football prospect camp will be covered within the contract. CONTRACTOR to oversee, supervise and be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the athletic training program as it relates to the prevention, management and rehabilitation, evaluation and care of injury related situations relating to intercollegiate student-athletes.
