Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Hampshire State Treasurer is soliciting proposals from highly qualified and experienced firms (“Firm(s)”) to provide expert, independent and objective financial advisory services and advice to the State of New Hampshire, the New Hampshire State Treasury and, possibly, to other State of New Hampshire agencies, programs and organizations (collectively, the “State”) in ongoing debt management and debt financing activities. The State Treasurer expects to enter into a contract with a single Firm for the services described below in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). Responses to this RFP should, therefore, provide a clear understanding of the proposing Firms’ qualifications, objectivity and capabilities (e.g. expertise, experience and service delivery).
