Projects which require CxA services may be at any of the USNH institutions. However, the primary user of any contracts which result from this solicitation will be the University of New Hampshire. The main campus is in Durham and the College of Law campus is in Concord. • Require familiarity with commissioning, re-commissioning, and retro-commissioning of building systems. • Services required of the firm(s) may be provided on an as-needed basis in response to either a specific scope of services (SOW) request or on an hourly basis. 1. Examples of building systems to be commissioned include: Central building automation systems 2. All equipment of the heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems 3. Lighting controls to include: Scheduled or occupancy sensor lighting controls, Daylight dimming controls and interior dimming system controls and Lighting and lighting control systems and clock systems 4. Emergency power generators and automatic transfer switching; paralleling equipment (if applicable) 5. Uninterruptible power supply systems 6. Process instrumentation and controls
