Machines must be present and in working order for more than fifteen (15) calendar days per month to be billable for an entire month’s lease. Monthly invoices of all leased machines per facility location. A separate invoice is required for each NDCS facility. Invoice shall include machine identifiers, such as serial numbers and/or unit numbering. Contractor to provide contact information for 24/7 reporting of service requests. Service and repair technicians shall be on site within three (3) business days of service request by NDCS. Estimated repair time is to be communicated to NDCS facility contact(s) at the time of the repair call whenever possible.
