Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Granville is soliciting proposals from qualified bidders for a project on West Hill Extension involving ditching, berm removal, and drainage culvert replacements per the Municipal Roads General Permit standards. There are 4 cross culvert replacements to 18”, and approximately 1975 ft. of stone lined ditching. Culvert inlets and outlets will be lined with 7” erosion stone. All ditching must be parabolic with a minimum width of 4 ft. where feasible, and road width permits. Seed and mulch or hydroseeding must cover exposed soils after construction is completed within 5 days before a rain event. Contractor is responsible for all trucking of spoils and stone. Stone will be hauled from contractor’s choice.
