Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 LED Blank Out Sign specifications: 3.1.1 Bidders should provide multiple designs and options for illuminated signs, 3.1.2 The LED blank-out sign face shall measure 36” X 36”. 3.1.3 The LED blank-out sign shall display a blank black face when not energized. When energized, the sign shall display a design such as “No Turn On Red”, an illuminated arrows that indicates “No Left Turn” and an illuminated arrow that indicates “No Right Turn”. 3.1.4 These displays will include the text or images stated, and bids can include options that provide one or many operations in one unit. 3.1.5 The LED blank-out sign shall incorporate red and white LEDs with a viewing angle of at least 23 degrees. 3.1.6 The LED blank-out sign shall operate with standard 90-120VAC, 60Hz power input. 3.1.7 The LED blank-out sign shall have a power consumption rating of less than 105 Watts. 3.1.8 The LED blank-out sign shall have a minimum 6” sun visor. 3.1.9 The LED blank-out sign shall incorporate LEDs mounted on modular printed circuit boards. 3.1.10 The LED blank-out sign shall have screened weep holes for moisture evacuation. 3.1.11 The LED blank-out sign shall be constructed of black powder-coated marinegrade aluminum. 3.1.12 The LED blank-out sign shall be mountable to Traffic structures with ownerprovided Pelco Astro-brac clamps. 3.2 Bidders should provide a discount off list pricing percentage in the Line Items for additional blank-out sign product offerings under this contract.
