Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of the Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Procure and install steel fence to include: a. New black, powder coated tubular steel framing with 2-inch posts @ 8 feet O.C. and pickets @ 4 inches O.C. b. New black, powder coated tubular steel pickets @ 4 inches O.C. c. New black, powder coated tubular steel support posts and footings @ 8 feet O.C. 2. Procure and install steel gates to include: a. One new 23-foot black, powder coated tubular steel sliding gate. b. Three new 5-foot black, powder coated tubular gates with panic hardware. 3. Procure and install new gate opener and wiring to include: a. New Lift Master SL3000UL motor gate opener (Or Equal). b. New gate keypad for vehicular access c. New entrapment protection devices per UL 325 requirements d. New conduit and wiring per gate manufacturer recommendations to connect gate motor opener to keypad, entrapment devices, and any other features as specified herein. Trenching, concrete/ asphalt and repair as needed. e. New concrete pad for motor gate opener. Concrete pad shall be 24” wide x 24” long x 30” deep including 6” above ground level. Contractor shall install conduit and wiring within the concrete pad per manufacturer’s installation instructions 4. Repairs to asphalt, concrete curbing, and concrete gutter as needed. 5. Repair and replace existing concrete curb as needed. 6. Procure and install one approved key-box (knox box), listed in accordance with UL 1037. 7. ADD ALTERNATE # 1: Decorative scrolls across fence @ top 6”.
