The successful Bidder is responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to professionally install netting in (3) sections on the concourse as a permanent barrier to keep birds from creating nests and inhabiting these areas. The successful Bidder will be required to field measure the areas for exact square footage. Measurements must be completed and submitted to MECA for approval prior orders being placed. Unit prices submitted in the successful Bidder’s proposal form will apply. The Purchase Agreement will be based on the square footage required for installation, plus waste.
