Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work consists of removal of the existing Tower Windows and replacement with new gothic wood tracery windows matching the original appearance, as described in the Contract Documents. 1. Intent of Contract Documents is to include all items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work by Contractor without exception. "All items" include all necessary accessories, appurtenances, fasteners, parts and pieces that may or may not be indicated in the Contract Documents but are necessary for the complete construction of the entire project. a. Include as a part of the Work, all miscellaneous devices, accessory objects, and similar items incidental to or required for a complete installation whether or not mentioned in Contract Documents. b. Any item, accessory, appurtenance, fastener, blocking, part or piece necessary for the proper execution and complete construction for any item, assembly or system shall be provided as a part of the Work. c. Contractor requests for additional sum/price or time not permitted for any and all items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work by Contractor whether or not mentioned in Contract Documents.
