Unit to include debris hopper over 40 gallons E. Must have cleaning width over 65 inches F. Cannot exceed garage clearance of 96 inches G. Sound level must be under 105 dBA H. Must include the following accessories: a. Main roller brushes (2) minimum 40 inches b. Disc scrub brush c. Complete front wheel assembly d. Complete rear wheels (2) e. Squeegee set f. Main scrub deck side squeegees g. Main scrub deck rear dust rubber h. Squeegee for side scrub deck i. Dust filter cartridge j. Recovery tank panel filter k. Side sweep brush I. Manufacturer must provide (2) two copies of the operational & (2) two copies of the parts manuals upon delivery J. Supplier must provide a (2) two – hour training session on the proper operation and maintenance of the unit K. Vendor must provide 3 year warranty for parts and service, 180 days travel, and 10 years molded housing L. Sweeper/Scrubber is to be delivered to the City of Omaha, parking garage at 301 N 19th Street. Shipping costs must be included in the Unit Price.
