Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide janitorial services two (2) days per week at the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Willow Creek Resident Post. Contractor agrees to provide all transportation, personnel, labor, materials, equipment (including, but not limited to brooms, buffers, and mops), operating expenses, annual inflation cost/rate adjustments, profit margin, and all other equipment required to perform all work as described in this Agreement. CHP will supply all cleaning supplies, such as but not limited to, cleaning/chemical agents, all paper products, trash liners, consumables, etc. Contractor shall provide CHP a list of these items as needed for replacement. A. Contractor shall possess and maintain a valid business license and DIR Janitorial Registration throughout the term of the agreement. B. Contractor must perform seventy-five percent (75%) of the work as described in the Scope of Work. Contractor shall not subcontract more than 25% of the work to be performed.
