Specifications include, but are not limited to:Project Lolo – Missoula will mill and overlay the asphalt in the existing travel lanes and select center turn lanes/medians. The remainder of the roadway that isn’t milled and overlaid will receive a fog seal. Other work will include fog sealing of shared-use paths, joint sealing of all longitudinal pavement joints and transverse construction joints (with JOINTBOND®), high friction surface treatment to the horizontal curve at RP 86.1, new pavement markings, limited signing, electrical work, raised concrete median and concrete curb modifications (for left-turn lane adjustments in Lolo), and shoulder rumble strips. The project begins at RP 83.2 and extends approximately 7.6 miles north along U.S. Highway 93 (N-7), to RP 90.9.
