Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor is required to include the cost of all labor, equipment (including brooms, buffers, mops, etc.), transportation, materials, supplies (including cleaning/chemical agents, all paper products including 2-ply toilet paper, trash can liners, consumables, etc.), operating expenses, annual inflation cost/rate adjustments, profit margin, and other items required to perform all work for janitorial services as per the following Scope of Work. B. The janitorial service work schedule is to be arranged with the on-site contact, in order to minimize disruption to CHP operations. Contractor shall check-in/check-out with CHP on-site contact person or designee upon each service call to provide verification that service has been provided. If there are any discrepancies on invoices concerning hours worked, the CHP will refer to the sign-in sheet to confirm actual hours at the facility.
