Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish all labor, material, traffic control, equipment, mobilization, and performing all work required to install traffic signal loop detector at various existing signal locations. Establish standard hourly rates for labor and equipment to perform traffic signal work on an on-call basis at various existing signal locations. ○ The City Engineer shall approve staff and equipment needs prior to mobilization. ○ Mobilization will be a maximum of 8% of the total work order ○ Traffic Control shall include arrow board, signs and appropriate taper for the applicable speed ○ At completion of each job, vendor will haul and clean all items from the job site. ○ Payments shall be made to vendor on a once a month basis. ○ Price shall remain in effect from May 1, 2024 to May 1, 2025. This bid can be terminated before the ending date by notification by the City of Jonesboro. An additional 3 years may be extended by consent of the City and Vendor on each anniversary date. ○ Successful bidder will be required to produce proof of liability insurance. Under no circumstances shall the City of Jonesboro be liable for any damage done to the City’s or Personal property.
