Specifications include, but are not limited to: The HRMS solution should encompass a comprehensive set of functionalities to streamline HR processes and enhance workforce management. Additionally, the HRMS should include customization options, scalability, data analytics, enhanced security and access controls, data backup and recovery, automated notifications, and integration capabilities to ensure solutions align with the City’s unique needs and future needs. This is not an all-inclusive list, and Proposers may include services that are pertinent to the RFP. The City utilizes Tyler Technologies (EERP) as their Enterprise Resource Planning system, NEXGEN Asset Management (NEXGEN) as their Enterprise Asset Management system, and TeamDynamix (TDX) as their IT Service Management system. Proposals should state interface/integration capabilities with current ERP, EAM and ITSM systems.
