Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1.Quantity – 100,000 pounds 2.1.2.Coiled 3105-h22 aluminum alloy having a recycled content of at least 50%, 20 gauge 0.32 (+.003 inches-*000 inches) thick by 12-1/8 inches (or 1/32 inches) wide. 2.1.3.Any variable from the 12-1/8 inches width must be consistent throughout the coil. 2.1.4.No1 license Plate stock conversion coated & commercially oil free. Conversion coating is to meet m-cr 1430c specifications. 2.1.5.Chemical composition & physical properties to conform with ASTMB 209-78. 2.1.6.Inside diameter of coil core to be 16 inches 2.1.7. Roll weight not to exceed 2100lbs each, including packed on skids. Skids have a 4:minimum floor clearance and at least 28 inches between skid runners. 2.1.8.Coils to be packed on edge. 2.1.9.Inside of coil to be protected by cardboard liner or better. 2.1.10. All sheeting to be from the same lot number. All coils must be tightly wound with no more than 1/16 inch interweave. 2.1.11. Upon awarding of bid estimated delivery schedule, partial shipment will be accepted.
