Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, on behalf of the Engineering Department, is accepting bids for work to be performed as described in the scope of work to provide labor and materials to facilitate the completion of streetscape improvements along the portions of Malvern Avenue and Park Avenue shown on the construction plans. The work includes trenching and installing conduits for pedestrian scale street lights, concrete foundations for the lighting, sidewalk construction, irrigation conduits and piping, and treewell irrigation. Items not eligible for CDBG funding will be funded by the City of Hot Springs. The City of Hot Springs reserves the right to award the sections that are within the budget available for the project.
