Specifications include, but are not limited to: One system for all DOCR facilities for Complaint/Criminal Investigations/Disciplinary incidents to facilitate: Establish a unique identifier for each complaint/investigation created (Case #), Record and track the complaint/incident, Document, upload, & store evidence and investigation information Consistent actions/process for DOCR facilities to track disciplinary and performance. Inter-facility intelligence – a way to capture information about residents or staff, which may have an impact on or related to those involved with an investigation. Role based security access; - clearly defined security based on case information; will need to be determined by those involved within each case. Support Approximately 300 users Supervisors, Directors, Investigators, HR staff Alerts/notifications (reminders) of tasks to be completed on investigations. Search functionality, real-time information – by name, Templates – Final Reports, Investigation documents, investigation summary report. Tracking and export of investigation information requests for public records requests, when assisting other agencies, or external investigations. Reporting – Annual; # of complaints, EE conduct, watch trends – times of year.
