Specifications include, but are not limited to: To provide the Red Clay Consolidated School District with Delaware Class A, B, or C substitutes for teachers in grades Pre-K to 12. The District has approximately 970 teachers, and we are requesting building fill rates of 100% as absences occur for these employees. Red Clay Consolidated School District is composed of traditional elementary, middle and high schools as well as special schools serving students in Pre-K programs and students with special needs. To provide paraprofessional substitutes for absence where students require 1:1 personal assistance at the class C rate, or an increased rate designated by the school district, with a fill rate of 100%. The district employs approximately 400 paraprofessionals whose responsibilities include instructional and personal support for disabled students as well as providing instruction to small groups and other learning.
