Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task #1 – Mobilization and Pump, Transducers, and Coupon removal from dewatering wells, DW1- DW5 Contractor shall notify the State at least 7 days prior to start of work so the pumps can be turned off and the water levels allowed to stabilize. Water samples from each well for Item #2 must be taken before pumps are disabled by the State. Remove pumps, transducers, and all piping and stainless-steel coupons from the wells to be cleaned. See Figure 1-1 below. The working condition of each pump and transducer shall be documented and agreed to by the Contractor and State prior to removal. Components shall be stored or handled in a safe manner on location. Components damaged by the Contractor shall be replaced at the Contractor’s expense. Splicing or cutting of transducer cable is NOT allowed.
