Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 The contractor shall provide for all Vermont State Troopers physical examinations to include the following components: • Basic physical examination • Family history questionnaire • Blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index • Eye exam with check for color blindness • Rectal exam including stool occult blood • Prostate Exam (males) • Breast Exam (all females) • Pelvic Exam (all females) • Coronary Risk Assessment • Hearing assessment- Audiogram • Resting EKG with physician interpretation • Urine glucose and protein • Uric Acid • Spirometry (PFT) with physician review and interpretation • PSA (males) • Pap Smear- Thin Prep (all females) • Mammography (females over 40) • CBC w/o differential
