Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is looking for a company to deliver onsite training and testing for certifications of Commercial Driver License, Crane, Rigger, and General Warehouse skills to incarcerated individuals (residents) inside the facilities. The company will need to provide services on site at our MRCC location in Bismarck and the HRCC location in Mandan. The company will need to provide all the equipment at their own cost needed to train and test the individual onsite except for CDL test that needs to be done at the DMV. The company needs to provide all 4 of the training and testing listed below. Class A CDL theory, behind the wheel, and testing at the Department of Motor Vehicles; 2. Crane Certification and Training meeting OSHA 1910.180, 1926.1400, ASME B30.5, PCSA #2, and ANSI A 10.31; Qualified Overhead Crane Operator meeting: OSHA 1910.179, 1926.1400, ASME B30.2, B30.16, B30.7; Qualified Rigger and Signal Person meeting OSHA 1910.180, 1910.184, 1926.251, 1926.753, 1926.1419, 1926.1428, 1926.1400, ASME B30.5, and MSHA-PPL# P17-IV-01; Warehouse/General Industry/Construction Site Equipment & Skills Training meeting OSHA 1910.178 and ANSI A92.24, B56.6
