Specifications include, but are not limited to: on-site event production and staging services for the 2024 Governor’s Summit on Innovative Education a one-day event on June 17, 2024 located at Bismarck State College, Energy Center in Bismarck, ND On site attendees are estimated at 350-500 people. On-site event production and staging services are further described in detail in Section 1 of the Bid Response. The successful offeror will assist in planning of the audio/visual elements of Governor’s Summit on Innovative Education 2024 in Bismarck, ND, as well as execute those elements. The intent of this event is to connect stakeholders and inspire transformation. Expectation is that the production team has the ability to work with the Governor’s Summit on Innovative Education 2024 team to help design and create the desired look and feel, and to be flexible as the event design comes together the weeks prior and the day of.
