To rent in greater Exeter, NH area for a five (5) year term commencing January 1, 2025 of office space for the NHDOC, Division of Field Services, for use as a probation and parole reporting office. The space offered must be move in ready (turnkey) and meet or be renovated to meet the State’s programmatic needs and specifications, which include but are not limited to the following: 2. Outline of Minimum Required Space Provide approximately 3,000 to 4,000 square feet of space renovated to the Tenant’s specifications provided in “turnkey” condition. 3. Landlord’s Lease Rate Proposals must offer a full “gross” lease rate, inclusive of all utilities (heat, electricity, air conditioning, water, and sewer) and inclusive of all real estate taxes, insurance, building and site maintenance services. The proposed schedule of annual rent (proposed rate for each of the five (5) years of the term) must be inclusive of all fit up costs.
