Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project involves roadway improvements of W. Poplar Street, from west of S. 8th St. to S. 1st St., and improvements along S. 3rd Street from the intersection of Cherry to Poplar. This will include, but not be limited to: water and sewer utility improvements, drainage improvements, construction of sidewalks and bicycle cycle track, landscaped and irrigated planter beds, construction of roadway improvement such as traffic signals, undercut, structural subgrade placement, base course, hot mixed asphaltic concrete binder and surface courses, mill and overlay, decorative concrete intersections, and all other items identified in the Contract Documents or required to complete the work.
