Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this contract is to provide Haying Service for the Lincoln Electric System’s (LES’) Terry Bundy Generating Station (TBGS). All services, skills, products, equipment, scheduling, etc., shall be provided by the Contractor to produce a consistently well-maintained appearance. This contract covers the attached list of locations with one (1) method of care to be provided. This method of care is designated per site and is called "Type 2". The definition of this type is given below. All properties will be maintained to the established property lines. Methods of care other than "Type 2" identified on maps are being handled either internally or by other contracts. Specifically excluded from this contract is mowing, major tree and bush trimming, spraying trees and bushes, snow removal, sterilization of roadways and other rocked areas. The primary service to be provided by the Contractor is haying services. The LES Best Management Practices Manual for Vegetation Maintenance shall be followed (Attachment 1
