Contractor shall be responsible for all safety barriers to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for any permits that maybe required. 4. Contractor shall remove skylights and frame in the openings and deck over with same thickness as rest of decking and on the inside ceiling skylight openings cover to best match material and finish. Contractor shall furnish all materials, tools and labor, equipment to install new drip edge and StormTread synthetic roofing underlayment or equivalent and 30- year architectural shingles on roof Approx. (1’152 sq. ft.) of roof area. And Approx. (134’ lin. Ft. drip edge) and Approx. (32’ lin. Ft. vent ridge.
