The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide any necessary Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Services, Pavement Design, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Utility Coordination, Design Plans, Traffic Management Plan preparation and stakeholder engagement, Transportation Operation Plan, R/W Plan Development (including R/W Engineering, Title Research and Staking) and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, and Subsurface Utility Engineering. INDOT will provide the Real Estate services unless the consultant is directed to provide due to high parcel count. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scope of Services Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection.
