Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Bismarck Event Center is seeking bids from Ticketing vendors for the exclusive provision of Ticketing Sales at the Bismarck Event Center, Exhibit Hall, and Belle Mehus; The Bismarck Event Center is seeking a complete solution for a hosted or "Software as a Service" (SAAS) hosted computerized Box Office Ticketing system with scanning devices compliant with PCI standards. The main purpose of this RFP is to identify, license, and obtain an integrated ticketing solution (or system) to include, but not limited to, the sale, delivery, tracking, and reporting of ticket sales, account management, marketing & distribution services, and tech support. Comprehensive proposals should include all pertinent details regarding hardware, software, configuration, field devices, training, support, and implementation. Additionally, Vendor should provide a detailed fee schedule of rates for all required software, hardware, and services.
