Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Work under this scope of work (SOW) is under the jurisdiction of the CHP, who will execute the contract documents, coordinate with the Contractor as necessary, and conduct inspections to ensure the work is being done in strict accordance with the specifications. No deviations from this SOW will be permitted without concurrence and subsequent authorization from the CHP Facilities Coordinator. It is the intent of this SOW to describe the minimum standards for the Exterior painting of the building on state-owned property utilized by CHP. B. Contractor will be required to meet with the on-site contact and the CHP Facilities Coordinator prior to commencement of services to discuss the project.
