1. The City of Concord wishes to contract a professional Contracting company for two years, from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026. By mutual agreement of both the City and the Contractor this contract may be extended for a period of one (1) or more years not to exceed five (5) years beyond June 30, 2031. 2. The Contractor selected will have to meet all minimum requirements of this RFP. 3. The Contractor will be responsible for the management of the material storage site and sign an agreement provided in Appendix A of this RFP. 4. The intent is to have a contractor managing the site from approximately April 1st through December 15th of every year, depending on the weather, of the agreement. 5. Contractor shall provide a list of equipment to be utilized on the project, along with a minimum of three (3) references of projects involving similar scope of work. This information shall be submitted with the proposal.
