Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Print materials within the required time frame. 2. The Contractor is expected to print any work for the Commission in a reasonable time frame. However, in some cases, the turnaround time could be as little as one (1) business day. 3. Provide pick-up and delivery, or appropriate transmittal of printed materials. 4. Customer Service a. The Contractor will be expected to provide the Commission with the highest degree of customer service. This will include, but not limited to, meeting with Commission employees to discuss project needs and providing full color proofs prior to completion of job when requested. 5. Ability to print large format banners and install. 6. The Contractor must have the ability to print Vinyl Banners ranging from 2’ to 30’ in length and 8” to 5’ in width. 7. Ability to print on and install Pressure Sensitive Vinyl
