Specifications include, but are not limited to: 7. Provide all necessary expertise, equipment, materials, supervision, labor and incidentals required to prepare and relocate the structure from 8941 N 70th ST Lincoln NE 68517 and place it on a new foundation to be located at, 6001 Bluff RD Lincoln, NE 68517 no later than 30 days from the date of bid acceptance. 8. Prepare the structure for moving, securing any materials/ doors/ windows/ overhead door that might hinder the move or get damaged in the process, disconnect the house from the foundation, anchor bolts and any other hardware attaching the structure to the foundation that affect the installation of necessary I-beams. 9. The Contractor shall be responsible for relocation operations which will be conducted in a manner to ensure the safety of persons and property and will prevent damage by falling debris or other cause to adjacent buildings, structures, or other facilities. Provide the necessary traffic control, barricades, and flagmen as required for the move the Structure on public streets. 10. Coordinate with utility companies to make necessary arrangements and payment for checking and clearing utility lines. 11. Transport the Structure to the new site and place on the foundation. Contractor must provide temporary accommodations as required during the move, to ensure safe relocation of the Structure. Transportation shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local ordinances and regulations. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining the necessary permits and making the necessary arrangements with local authorities to transport the Structure, including escorts and traffic control as required.
