Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Job will consist of installing a S2 network node or equivalent into the radio communication shelters with one door of full access. Vendor will set the micro node up on the network which will connect to the main S2 controller or equivalent at 39 Hazen Drive in Concord. The access door will have a reader, strike, contact, REX. • Once installed vendor will program and test for proper operation at each location, and after all locations are completed coordinate and test the entire system. • Utilization of existing HID Prox Cards • S2 Micro Node or equivalent will require a network connection and IP address provided in collaboration by DOS and DoIT. Coordination for full project with Vendor and IT and the DESC. Information will be provided at time of award. • State will provide space in existing data racks, and 110 V ac Power connection, network connection & IP addresses. All will work on same network with ability to talk with main controller. • State IT will be responsible to provide and pull each network drop node location. • S2 Micro Node or equivalent will need to be able to reach the main S2 controller or equivalent located at 110 Smokey Bear Blvd. • Each network node and power supply will have its own battery pack with a minimum run time of two minutes. • Vendor will be responsible for connectivity between doors/access points and controllers. • This estimate is a guide for basic installation of the radio communication shelters. This may need minor adjusting depending on exact layout and location of the radio communication shelter. Please attend Site Visitation as noted on Page11.
