Specifications include, but are not limited to: This “Turnkey Scope of Services” includes replacement, procurement of materials, delivery, and installation of new like-kind materials to replace items listed in this scope of work. All work will be completed in the professional manner of resident safety, public safety, and daily operational needs. The contractor will complete the following as a part of the Base Bid: • The contractor shall identify, procure, store, and deliver materials free of defect before the conclusion of the project. • Provide provisions to identify the work area, deenergize breaker use Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) safe practices for signage to reroute the public and residents, and where applicable, plastic sheeting to prevent dust and debris from permeating the surrounding area. • Remove, dispose of, and replace all defective materials. • Clean all work areas at the end of each day.
