Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide and install 5 new exterior steel insulated commercial doors painted (color paint selected by county), door hinges with ball bearings, door frames, and commercial door locks keyed to existing key. An alternate bid will be solicited for Primus locks with keys. • Existing Door Approximate Details (We will require all vendors to individually measure the doors during the mandatory walk-thru to confirm proper dimensions): o East Hall Door- Approximately 83 inches long and 39.5 inches wide o Main Door-Approximately 79 inches long and 39.5 inches wide o Dance Hall West Door-Approximately 78.5 inches long and 39.5 inches wide o Dance Hall East Door-Approximately 79 inches long and 39.5 inches wide o Utility Door-Approximately 78.75 inches long and 39.5 inches wide • Include glass window in each door, without external grids. • Include all weather stripping and sweep. • Include closure, with ability to hold door open. • Include stainless steel kick plate. • Include 1 door to have code to enter as well as key lock. Code must be able to be switched by staff only • Include any potential electrical modifications based on door selection. • Start up and operation training.
