Specifications include, but are not limited to: The facility must have an auditorium (with a podium) that can seat approximately 450 people OR provide the auditorium and an additional space with simulcast viewing option to accommodate 450 in total, five additional breakout rooms, an area for breaks, an area for registration, an area for vendors to include 20 tables, an area for posters to be displayed, and sufficient free parking. The facility and parking areas should accommodate up to 450 attendees. The facility will provide complimentary WiFi, projector/HDMI cable connector/A/V equipment for presentations in all five session rooms, and a staff member available to assist with any technical difficulties during the conference.
