Bidder shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, and expertise required to complete the following: 1. Remove old windows and frames and replace as follows: a. Manufacture and install new ballistic frames and level III bullet resistant glass; or, b. Retrofit the current frames to accept level III ballistic glass. 2. Furnish and install level III ballistic glass back panels on the bottom and middle windows and level III ballistic panels with laminate finish for the upper windows. a. All glass and panels must have a frame to sit in. 3. Frames shall be dark bronze anodized aluminum. 4. New windows shall have tinting or mirrored finish. 5. The Successful Bidder shall provide shop drawings and cut sheets at least ten (10) days prior to commencement of any work and shall receive signed approval of the same from the Contract Manager.
